Why are Winnie the Pooh cake pans discontinued?

I am looking all over the internet for brand new Winnie the Pooh cake pans, and everything I find tells me its discontinued, but no explanation as to why. I was just wondering if somebody knew other details or could find me the reason as to why all the Winnie the Pooh cake pans have been discontinued. Thanks
