Why is Disney releasing Winnie the Pooh at the same time as Harry Potter?

They're not targeting the same demographics/age group as Harry Potter. Pooh bear is for children/preschoolers, HP is for tweens and up. They're also not competing with Harry. Disney will still make $$ with Pooh bear. The budget for the film is nowhere near Harry Potter, Pooh only has to make tens of million & Harry has to make hundred of millions of $$.
