Could I get into these Colleges?

I'm going to be a senior soon, and was wondering if I meet the average standards for each place. So far, I have my Advanced Regents Diploma (Not sure if it matters for colleges out of New York). My SAT scores are a 2040, with an essay score of 10. I have yet to take the ACT, and my GPA is a 3.3. With a full Honors class load (No AP classes offered at my school, population for all K-12 is only 800 kids). I believe my class rank is in the top ten of the seventy people in my grade. What are my chances for UC Berkeley, NYU, UC L.A., and Cornell. Thanks for all the respond.
