How do i get into Georgetown University?

It is my dream to study International Affairs/Relations at Georgetown University!!! But i need to figure out how to get in!!! I will sacrifice my life to getting in!!!!!! Im NOT KIDDING!!!! I am going into sophmore year.... I am in ALL IB classes which are the most rigorous classes available. and my weighted gpa for semester 1 was 3.95 and semester 2 is 3.78....... HOW DO I GET INTO THIS SCHOOL!!!!???? get better grades??? will they even see my weighted grades or will they ask for it non weighted???? Please help im begging you!!!! what do i have to get on my SAT or ACT???? My really close uncle went there.... will that help??? by the end of highschool i will be fluent in ARABIC AND SPANISH AND ENGLISH...... will that help???? Thanks so much.... my other schools of choice are COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY, NYU, UNIVERSITY OF DENVER, UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI....
