Weight limit on old Winnie the Pooh Graco swing?

It's green plaid 15 songs, 6 speed. Quite a few years old. I can't find ANYTHING on it anywhere online. Not even on the Graco site. It has a 5-ish strap harness? Like, the two straps that come over the shoulders interlock to a two side straps before you click it into the "buckle area"? LoL I know it sounds crazy. It's hard to explain. I just need to know the weight limitations on it. It was a hand-me-down from my aunt for my daughter in 07. I imagine it was 2 -3 years old by then. My son is 8 months old and about 20lbs and I didn't know if he could still use it or not. It's still in very good shape.
