What is a good business school?

I'm in high school right now and I am trying to find good colleges to apply to. I am thinking that i am going to major in business but i might have a minor in design (graphic or advertisement)....I was thinking about NYU, but are the classes there big? I don't want a class with 300 people..a small class is better for me. So overall, i need a college that is good for business and small classes. Financial help/scholarships/grants would be nice too. THANKS!!
